*Registration fee can be deposited by Demand Draft in the favour of Bio- Age Equipment and Services payable at Mohali(Pb).
*Local Cheques (Mohali,Chandigarh and Panchkula)/ at par cheques are only accepted.
*Fee can also be deposited/transferred in company's account and payment receipt be attached with the registration form.
*Registration fee can also be submitted by cash in the office of Bio-Age.
*Seat/s will be confirmed only after the realization of the payment/fees.

*Registration fee is non refundable and is to be adjusted with the training fee only.
Instructions to the candidates
*Wearing of laboratory coat is compulsory for all students during training hours.
*The candidates shall sign in and out timings during training, daily in the attendance register placed at the counter.
*Eatables are not allowed in Lab/s.
*Feed back and project report (must) shall be submitted by each candidate at the completion of the course.
